Manish Kumar Gupta

Mr Manish Gupta currently serves as the Chairman & Managing Director of the B&B Group. As one of the founding leaders of B&B, Manish Kumar Gupta has been at the centre of the company’s journey from its inception to the business it is today. He has played a pivotal role in some of B&B’s defining milestones, from the merger of MNM and HMK Auto Packs that laid the foundation for B&B, to its backward integration into paper manufacturing, its IPO and transition to a public limited company, and its growth to over ₹600 crore in revenue.

He spearheads the company’s strategy, expansion and long term direction, while overseeing key areas including procurement and human resources. His decades of industry experience, strategic thinking and leadership continue to shape B&B’s growth.

A lifelong sports enthusiast, Manish was a state level tennis and snooker player in his younger years. Today, he enjoys following cricket and remains an avid sports fan.
