Our story
It began with a shared frustration.
Every business starts with people who believe they can build something better. For B&B, that belief began with watching the quality of Indian corrugated packaging swing with the unpredictable price and quality of paper.
What started in 2011 as MNM Triplewall Containers grew through a merger with HMK Autopacks in 2015, a new name, a public listing and a decision to build our own kraft paper mill. Our team has grown from 250 people to more than 1,200 in seven years, and the belief behind it still drives every decision.

Why we integrated backwards
We were box makers first.
Before B&B came together, each member of our leadership team ran their own corrugated box factory, and each hit the same wall: paper. It was our biggest raw material, and its price and quality never stopped moving. Every swing rippled through our reputation, our service and our margins.
So we made the boldest and most expensive decision in our history and built our own kraft paper mill. It was a risk, and it was the right call. Today the mill gives us control over the one material that defines the quality of everything we make.

What industries does B&B serve?
We supply e-commerce, food and beverage, fruits and vegetables, pharmaceutical, electronics, electrical, solar, agriculture, industrial equipment, printing, textiles and agarbatti.
Where are your facilities located?
We operate three box plants, one paper mill, one Color Cartons unit and three warehouses. Unit 1 is in Attibele, Bengaluru.
Is B&B involved in sustainable manufacturing?
Yes. Our paper is 100% recycled and recyclable, our plants run on zero liquid discharge and growing renewable power, and we pledged net zero by 2040.
